Glossop YET [Youth Engagement Team] - "Youth Matters" - Summer Fam-Fest
Summer Holiday Activities - in New Mills for young people.
PSCO's Buller and Walsh went to Derby Road Fields [Off Portland Rd], New Mills this morning [Friday 5th Aug 2022].
The team went along to engage with and see the young people’s activities being held there today - from 11 am until 3 pm. Whilst there we met some of the local Ukrainian families who'd come along to the enjoy the day’s events.
Today’s fare was Craft skills [making dreamcatchers] - Sports activities - a bouncy castle, music, and a BBQ.
Well done once again to 'Youth Matters' for yet another great event. A wonderful turn out by the young people - there with lots of fun and activities on offer for them - we were given a lovely dream catcher made by the youngsters today [see pic].
