Public Assistance

PCSO’s Peacock and Hartley have assisted members of the public this morning who required a little ‘creative’ thinking to retrieve a lost item in the drain today!

We wish the two gentlemen that we have met this morning a good and safe journey to their home up north and we are so pleased that you did not have to leave your lost possession behind.

Now, there is a saying- ‘a good magician doesn’t reveal the secret to their tricks’, but this was a great result achieved with the most basic of tools.

If members of the public should see us on patrol, please say hello and if you do find that you have a problem that you need help with then please do not be afraid to ask-if we can assist, we will always try and help.
