Motorbikes are used in an anti-social, illegal and dangerous way far too often. This can result in a police prosecution not only for the rider, but also their parents, who are held accountable for the actions of their children...

Which is why we often run something we call Op Motocrush. This has been well underway today across our wards which resulted in a Section 59 warning to one rider, and advice was given to others.

Members of the public also spotted us and we advised what we were doing which saw a few very happy faces, and we will be sure to continue this whilst we are receiving calls in certain hotspot areas, so we can finally put these issues to bed and ensure residents of the community feel safe.
