Dog Attack - Appeal for information

I am appealing for information following an incident involving a dog.

On Sunday 2nd November a female was crossing Mimosa Crescent when she encountered another female who was walking a German Shepherd dog. The dog has pulled away from it's owner, aggressively barking & frightening the female.

The dog was being walked by an Asian female, mid to late twenties, who was approx 5ft 5" tall. The dog had quite distinctive rear legs, that dropped as though bent.
The owner & regular walker of the dog is an Asian male in his late twenties/early thirties
