January Traffic Reports for Darley Dale & Winster areas.


 

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE Main Road, Darley Bridge WHEN: 28th January 2025 to 29th January 2025 Night Closures between 19:00 and 01:00 WHERE: Main Road, Darley Bridge between junction with Oldfield Lane and The Square and Compass. REASON: To facilitate New Vehicle Activated Signs. ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B5057, B5056, A6 , Bakewell Road, Station Road and vice versa. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make/has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic. REASON: To facilitate STW pipe repair ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Matlock Spa Road, Snitterton Road, Derwent Way, A6, Old Road, B5057, Oker Road and vice versa. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
