🚨 Winter Weather Advisory: Ice & Snow Hazard 🚨

 

❄️ Dangerous Road Conditions coming ❄️

 

Due to  freezing temperatures and potential snow fast approaching over next the few days, icy roads and snow-covered surfaces may make driving conditions hazardous.

 

Please be aware of the following:

πŸš— Roads may be slick and slippery - drive with caution and reduce your speed.
πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ Sidewalks and walkways are icy - be careful when walking outside, especially in shaded areas.
πŸš™ Black ice may be present, particularly in early morning hours, even when roads appear clear.

 

πŸ”‘ Tips for Safety:
-Avoid unnecessary travel. Stay home if possible.
-Increase following distance and use headlights during poor visibility.
-Clear snow and ice from your vehicle’s windows, lights, and roof before driving. Ensure your windows are fully cleared before setting off.
-Allow yourself extra time in the mornings to warm your car up and allow the windows to properly defrost. 
-Dress warmly and wear non-slip shoes if walking outside.
-Stay safe, stay alert, and remember, slow and steady wins the race in winter weather! ❄️
