Crime Prevention patrols

Over the past week, PCSO Will Brockett has conducted patrols in remote car parks around the Hope Valley area. During these patrols, he discovered several vehicles left with valuables in plain sight and even found three vehicles left unlocked.

I urge all of you to be cautious and either take your valuables with you or store them out of sight in the boot of your vehicle. By doing so, we can prevent criminals from taking advantage of the remote settings of these locations.

If you happen to see anyone acting suspiciously, please do not hesitate to contact Derbyshire Police immediately at 999. Remember to provide specific details such as the location and any identifying information about the suspicious individual or vehicle.

Let's work together to keep our community safe and secure.
