During our engagement at the project unity office on Victoria park road, Fairfield today the subject of speeding vehicles around Fairfield was brought up by a resident.  The area around the end of Victoria park road & Granby Road was mentioned as being an issue where there has been a couple of near misses.

Always take care and drive to the road speed limit and always observe the road markings and signage, but especially during the school holidays when our children are more likely to be outside playing.

Neighbourhood officers will be out in Fairfield over the next week or so monitoring the situation.
