Fake £20 Notes, being used around the Matlock Area...

Hello All

💸 Today we have had a series of £20 notes (see image below), being used at mainly Charity Shops in the area.

💸 We are urging shops to be vigilant at all times so that they do not fall victim to these fraudulent incidents.

💸 This particular £20 had the same reference number and the window in the right hand corner is missing the "20" in it.

💸 If you have taken a fake £20 note today (and haven't already done so), please contact 101 and mention this occurrence number 25000246003.

Thanks, PCSO Kirsty Hunt
