Supported by National Trading Standards, this event will arm you with the tools/ knowledge to stay safe from scammers. • Learn about the latest scam tactics: doorstep scams (rogue traders & bogus officials), telephone scams (cold calls & impersonation fraud), online scams (fake ads, phishing & digital cons), postal scams (prize draw tricks & mail fraud). • Get one-to-one advice from the Community Safety Team. • Get FREE crime prevention tools including target hardening equipment to better protect your home.
