Hello All Derbyshire Makes Event at Cromford Mills...
PCSO Hunt had the pleasure of being invited to join the Derbyshire Makes Event at Cromford Mills yesterday (11/04/26).
It was a great event and she spoke to lots of different people, gave out crime prevention advice/goodies, there was also activity packs for the kids (even though some were Christmas themed), as well as Community Voice Surveys filled in.
These types of events are a key part of being a PCSO (Police Community Support Officer), it gives everyone the chance to speak to members of their Safer Neighbourhood Team whether it would be to ask about crime prevention, fill in a survey so we know what you want us to work on in your area or even be sign posted to the right agency for issues such as parking, for example (as it is not just us that deals with this type of issue).
