Local engagement

Thank you Mickleover Beavers!

Last night,  Littleover Safer Neighbourhood Officers  were invited to spend  some educational time with children from the Mickleover Methodist Church Beaver group.  What a brilliant group of young persons we were met with!

Officers were presented with a wonderful collection of questions and stories from the children who were able to try on some of the kit that keeps us safe when we serve our community.

Before leaving and returning to duty, our patrol car was offered to the children to explore with lights and sirens and all the equipment that we take out to assist with road side collisions to medical emergencies.
