Appeal for information launched following road rage incident in Bretby |

|
We are appealing for information following a road rage incident which left a man injured. The incident happened at about Noon on Tuesday 9 June on Ashby Road East, between Bretby Business Park and the Keeper’s Cottage Lodge. A man driving a black BMW 1 Series convertible car reportedly got out and approached an orange Ford Transit Custom van which had a black stripe down it and hit the driver through the window. The victim, a 42-year-old man, sustained facial injuries. The suspect is described as Black, with a medium build and was over 5ft 9ins tall. He was wearing all black clothing and had a black hat on. A 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of Section 18 GBH with intent and released on conditional bail pending further enquiries. We are appealing for anyone with information, witnesses or any drivers with dash cam footage which covered the area around the time of the incident to please come forward.
